Between Chelsea (30 May 2021) and Newham (22 July 2022) lies thirteen months of unaddressed violent trauma — a formal Metropolitan Police complaint that was being processed while he was stewarding £200,000 in Nike grants and preparing to graduate First Class. The complaint reference number is PC/6194/21. The outcome, received 28 December 2022 — after he was already inside the system — called the service "acceptable."
Years later, a Norwegian healthcare system applied a diagnosis asserting that he held a belief that he was being targeted by authorities. Not one Norwegian medical record references PC/6194/21. Not one clinician ever asked what came before the belief. They diagnosed the symptom. They never asked about the cause.
