The Film

Am I Really Free? is a first-person documentary built from a four-year personal archive — over 1,300 clips, 33 hours 38 minutes of 4K footage filmed across Oslo, London and Amsterdam. It follows one question through institutions, borders and the long road back: what does freedom actually mean when the systems built to protect you become the thing you have to survive?

Not a case file. A reckoning — told in the first person, on the record, and on the maker's own terms.
