Brand strategy. Content architecture. Community-led excellence. The platform through which the work gets done — and the proof that vision without infrastructure is just aspiration.
Three brothers. A camera. A locked-off section of a Vapiano's restaurant on Oxford Street. Zero cash in the account. A quarter million people watching online. The belief — stated plainly, on film, at 00:10:07 — that history was about to be made.
Kings Collective was conceived in the summer of 2022 — the same summer JJ completed his First Class degree from Queen Mary University of London. The Vapiano's session was not a pitch meeting. Not a planning session. It was a declaration — made on film, with no money and no safety net. What you see built now came directly from what was said in that room.
The original vision: a content company that was also a community. A brand that was also a TV show. The proof was the shoot they got in the Vapiano's: they had nothing except the vision. The vision was enough.
The company has evolved. The original partners — EJ, AJ, JJ — have grown. The vision is bigger now. But the founding record is intact. What you see here is what it became.
The KC LDN whiteboard session. JJ, in front of the board, explaining the concept as it was conceived. Not the polished pitch. The raw blueprint — shot four days after founding. This footage exists. It has never been released publicly.
Built from zero cash and a whiteboard. Proven at Nike board level. Active in four countries. This is the operating model.
Documented engagements. Not claims — records. Every partnership listed here is verifiable.

Every milestone documented. Every room entered on record. The arc from vision to infrastructure — timestamped, verifiable, non-negotiable.
OvalTable is the room. KC is the method. Session 01 is invitation-only — Oslo or Amsterdam, October 2027. Not a networking event. The first assembly of the architecture. You either belong here or you don't.
